Warranty Policy
KLA Industries will only warranty products purchased either directly from us or one of our authorized dealers. Any product purchased from any other third party or used/second hand will immediately void any and all expressed or implied warranty from KLA Industries LLC.

KLA Industries, LLC. is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned or warranty claim items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since KLA Industries, LLC. cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
KLA Industries, LLC. warrants all products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original receipt/invoice date. KLA Industries, LLC. agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective product or part if returned to KLA Industries, LLC. within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any products or parts which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, racetrack/autocross/driver education use or to use in violation of any instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than KLA Industries, LLC. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state. KLA Industries, LLC. warranty applies only to products manufactured or branded by KLA Industries, LLC. OEM or any other parts will be warranted by their respective manufacturer if any applies.
All items are subject to a minimum 15% handling / restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges on returned items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.

The buyer assumes all risk as to quality, performance and use of these products and agrees to hold KLA Industries LLC, and their agents and
employees harmless for any injury, loss, or damage; including any and all incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale, installation, or use of KLA Industries LLC products.
Should any product prove defective after purchase, KLA Industries' liability shall be limited to refunding the original cost of the product.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not automatically signify our acceptance of your order. KLA Industries LLC reserves the right to decline your order for any reason.
Warranty is limited, at our option, to the replacement, repair, or credit of the defective merchandise. The determination of all warranty claims will be at the sole discretion of KLA Industries LLC.
Special order parts are not returnable for any reason.
KLA Industries LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this web site, nor are we responsible for damages resulting either directly or indirectly. By making a purchase from KLA Industries, LLC., you agree to allow us to send you email for marketing or other purposes. You may opt-out of receiving these emails by clicking the link at the bottom of the email or by sending a separate email to sales@klaindustries.net.
Shipping costs are directly related to the weight of the package. In addition, we factor in an additional amount to cover packing materials, and any special handling considerations that may be required to ship the package.
If your package was damaged in shipment, you must immediately notify the carrier via phone. They will initiate a claims process on the damaged package. After calling the carrier, please call or email KLA Industries, and notify us of the damage. We will make arrangements with you to replace the parts that were damaged.
For international shipments, we do not have detailed information on customs fees and tariffs. If you have any questions about applicable duties and tariffs, please contact your local state department office prior to ordering. If you refuse a package at the customs office, and it is returned to us, we will not refund the cost of shipping the package to you.
